I wasn't hungry after these meals. I weighted everything out to the cup. Going to stay off for two days then o back on it again. It has been so hard for me not eating in the past. I am 70 yrs old weigh 250. Everything else has failed.I would like to eat fruit twice a day but doen't call for it,except for bananas. Will keep going as long as I casn.
