We love watching the Biggest Loser. It is one of our favorite shows, but tonight’s show, the first of the 7th season was awful. One week on campus is not long enough for people to be able to go home and do it on their own. The great part of the show is the fact that these people are doing this together, it is no longer a couples BL. 4 weeks is way too long for them to be able to come back. You would have made your point by doing it for 2 weeks. Now we have 4 weeks to not enjoy the show. I am very disappointed in the way you chose to change your format. I believe change is good, but not the way you did it.
I am 38 years old. I used to turn the channel everytime i seen commercials for BL. Untill one day I seen what they looked like after and I seen myself. I used to be healthy and beautiful. Watching BL has inspired me to be the person I was before I gained all this weight. I’m 260lbs and I need help. And if I can see it in my heart that I can change what I let happen to me then I know I can do it. It starts with eating right and getting off the sofa. Thanks
