Exercising after a serious diet is a great way to lose belly fat. Most people especially those who are innocent with the scenario in the gym or having a physical trainers’ advice, can put into effect several routines in a faulty manner. Thus they are not able to make the best out of the afterburn routine. Exercising on a correct pace is very important in losing belly fat even during the workout. It is not advisable to perform it in a steady pace.

Once you stop the exercise, you also stop burning off fat. Continuously burning unwanted fatty deposits is needed to be able to achieve positive results successfully. So we need to still burn calories after we are done with the training and will only need a few minutes of exercise to do the work.

You need to vary the speed or your cardio routine and belly fat exercises. Try to be slow at first, for just 20-30 seconds and continuously increase your speed up to your limit for 10-15 seconds of your exercise. This high intensity exercise will enable you to burn off belly fat fast even after you execute the so called afterburn and continue to do so for about 18 hours.

That is right, up to 18 hours burning off fat after you are done with your exercise. You are still somehow losing fat but without the exercise.

There are at least easy exercises that you can do to achieve flat tummy. Try using the stairs, attempt to do interval walking and running when using the staircase. You can also run in an elliptical. You will need to slow down when turning. Speed variation will surely make a great difference.

So, try to do these belly fat exercises and end up having a sexy looking abs. In a short time, you will lose those unnecessary calories stored in the body especially your tummy. You can look great, healthy, and young too!
