Don’t head to your treadmill and choose that you are not going to do anything but perform a 90-minute cardio and make it a regular habit. But it’s actually absurd! There is in fact no need to perform it. Cardio is extremely vital if you wish to quickly lose fat, but it will never help you if you will just live with your treadmill for months.

You do not have to spend so much time performing your cardio. And for some individuals, it is not recommended to do it. However some people who can do it just perform cardio in interval training. They only do it for only 15 minutes.

2. Avoid cosuming calories.

Cut the sodas (both of the diet and regular), coffee drinks, sweetened tea, alcohol and liquid calories. Every time you need a drink for your meal, it must contain zero calories. Therefore, diet sodas do not make it in this category as it will only obstruct your goals to losing fat.

3. Resistance Exercise

You need to work those muscles out if you are serious to quickly lose those fats. But it does not necessary mean that you could spend your whole time working your muscles. You have to keep in mind that you need to perform whole body workouts. Moreover, provided that you wish your exercises to be quickly accomplished, you must perform mini-circuits or supersets instead of performing a single exercise the whole time.

4. Timing for the Meals

Never save all of your calories in a single meal. Consuming plenty calories in a single sitting would only make you get fat. You need to spread your calorie intake for the whole day and maintain your body fed but never overindulge. That is the key on how to lose weight fast.
