Well my sister has decided to loss some weight. I am really happy about that. I went over to her home to visit and helped her plan out her meals for the week. She is currently using my weight watchers cookbooks to help. I told her that I can't keep a scale in my home because I will just weigh myself everyday and I will get very unhappy if I see my weight go up. That is why I go to my brother's home and weigh myself. Out of site out of mind.
Today I woke up very late. I did not get to attend church. So I did my daughter hair. That took most of the day. She want me to cornrow her hair in small braids. Missed breakfast I did not get up until 1:30pm.
Lunch:
6 chicken nuggets
a small salad
a peach
2 glasses of water
Snack was :
a smoothie and a 1/2 sandwich (turkey with lettuce and tomaotes)
Dinner :
Baked chicken breast
Steamed asparagus
1/2 baked sweet potato
1 glass of ginger ale
Snack
a bowl of popcorn
I did do 30 minutes on my fold out stepper. It's about time for bed. Since my daughter wants to catch the bus with her friends. I am up around 5:45am every morning. So I know that I will be getting my breakfast in. Well I am very tired and I have a very long week. My daughter will be going to Mississippi with her dad on Thursday thur Monday. So my sister would like to plan something for us to do. She knows me so well. She knows that I will not cook anything if my daughter wasn't here.
So I have a plan just go on a couple of dates this weekend.
