Was browsing the web again tonight, because I'm bored and I like to learn more about being healthy..but I came across a good article.

Me too!! I don't think I have really tried any other types of tea though. I am addicted to my green tea and refuse to drink anything other than that hahaha...maybe I shouldn't judge the other tea before trying it
