Do you have a cut off time for when you stop eating at night?
I've always heard that you shouldn't eat after 8, so I try not to. A friend pointed out this article:

She says it was put out by Harvard Health Publications. (honestly I didn't read the whole thing, just skimmed the first page)
I figure what's working to me is so far working, so why change it up by eating after 8?
So what do you do? Do you have a cut off time? Or do you just count calories and it doesn't matter when you eat?
