When do you weigh yourself?
A friend pointed out I should be weighing myself first thing in the morning after my morning pee. That way I'm not weighing the food I'm putting into my body, I'm just weighing my actual body weight.
However, usually I weigh myself an hour or so after breakfast, lunch or what-have you.
