Hi! I stumbled across this 'Oprah recommended' site. I've only done the 'realage' test so far, and it came up 3 years younger than what I am! Yay!!! I didn't know my exact cholesteral, and blood pressure numbers --- I'm sure it's more accurate if you do!
I don't know how valid any of it is, but if you're bored, it's pretty interesting.

LOL, I did the test and it said I am 25.1...which I find funny because I am 25 right now. But I looked at the results at the end for "will I become younger" or "will I become older"..and here's what it said for me.

Said that if I keep on my plan by November 2, 2006 my age would be 20.5

and In 3 years 24.3 (which will be awesome, because in 3 years I will be 29, I am almost 26 now)
