I can believe this. I am an advocate for persons in long term care facilities and I have witnessed doctors saying things to patients and have try to get the board to do something. Their reponse is that they have no control of things like this. The patient has the right to change doctors if they do not like what is being said. Will only take action if malpractice has taken place. Just think we pay them big bucks and they can say anything they want and get away with it.
