Since i am learning to drive, i would like to know where was the first place you went after you passed your test?

I'd had a school permit since I was 14, so I had already been driving to school. But I remember after I got my full license, being able to go to the 'big city', for my orthodontist appointments. My mom was very happy about that too! I always stressed, because they only had parallel parking on the street. I would have walked blocks, to avoid parking between to parallel parked cars!
Probably not really the kind of info you were looking for, but that's the first thing that popped into my head.
We would also spend hours driving 'the loup' in my little town. ( like 1000 people-- really small). I lived on a farm, so having that freedom to go into town on my own was a really big deal. Thinking back - it was so stupid to just drive around like that. But that's what we all did! We were so COOL!!

I think I drove my little brother around the block....But it was freedom on wheels!

Well, I learned when I was 16...so I think the first time I drove anywhere by myself is when my parents let me borrow the car to go to school.
