Interesting site. I did the 'healthy body calculator ' thing. It said I could eat 2280 calories to lose up to 2 lbs a week. Wow -- I didn't think I was eating anywhere near that, but I must be, cuz I'm not losing. Also, I may have overestimated my activity. I probably spend more time sedentary than I would like to admit.
In any case, I needed to see that, and see how far off I am from being healthy. Thanks Missy.
