Well I haven't done much in the last 2 or maybe 3 days due to my back problem. I even had to go home due to the pain that I was haven't. I could not sit for 5 minutes and get up without stumping over like elderly lady. I came home and had my little one help me stretch the lower limbs. I heard my back pop. I just laid down and put a ice pack on my lower back. I felt soooo much better this morning. I still have a little annoying pain but not much. I will try to workout tomorrow if I can. I did have a small ice cream cone for lunch(dairy) and for dinner I had 2 tacos with all the fixins(lettuce,tomatoes,lowfat cheese and fat free sour cream, whole wheat shell) I do know that I need to eat more but I just can't some days. I eat fruit (watermelon, blueberries,cherries and pineapple.) for snacking.
Tomorrow will be a better day for me no boss in the office and I get 2 new pair of shoes (avon)
