Hey every body i finally did it. I joined the gym. Kicking and screaming i must admit, but now that im here i LOVE it. The instructor has the cutest butt. Gym fees are $140 a month aerobics are 4 days a week Monday -Thursday I wake up aching but pleased with my self. People i need your support send me your positive vibes. PPPLLLEEEEEEEAAAASSSSSSEEEEEEEEEEEE

Congrats!!! I bet you'll really enjoy the aerobics class. Plus it makes you keep up a pace to be in a class and have better form. Best of luck and keep us updated.

I actually enjoy going to the gym myself so I think you will continue to enjoy it. The classes make it easy to plan your exercise for a week. I am more likely to go to the gym for a class then to do it on my own. Good luck!!

Congratulations!!!!!
We all deserve to put ourself first. Paying $ to exercise is a bummer, but aren't we worth it? I love the scheduled classes, easier to plan into my schedule, and a good motivator to keep going back.

Did i mention that the aeribics instructor has a cute butt?? lol I did it again whoopie im sore and i ache but its all good
