You can buy the single serving Crystal Lite packet. Dump one in a 20 oz bottles water and they are great. I love the peach ice tea. Just enough sweet to get you past the candy or cake. My daughter loves Raspberry Ice. It counts as water intake too.

Then after I have that I will let my self have something else to drink that usually isn't until evening when I will only have one or so. Sometimes I even want more water.
Congrats on getting off the plateau Theresa!!!!!!

I was using crystal light a lot to get my water intake up. I looked at the back of one of the iced tea packets and found out that they have 40 calories I have since decided not to use them unless I am just really having a hard time getting all of my water intake. So far this week I have just drank water, no diet sodas or anything. I think just like with anything else, once it becomes a habit, then it is not so bad.

Here's a suggestion for adding flavor. I take a lot of vitamin C through the day and get the powdered 100% ascorbic acid from Trader Joe's. I add it into my water (slowly add more-- it takes a bit to get used to very tart water!) throughout the day and now I prefer my water that way. Vitamin C leaves your body within 1 1/2 hrs so by drinking it in my water through the day it keeps my C levels up. Plus (I personally think) it tastes good.

There is also this new product called True Lemon that comes in little packets. You just need a tiny bit for a whole bottle of water. It is amazing how long one packet can last me (and there is not sugar or sweetner in it!)

This is the reason for me not even trying the flavored water - I just drink the water. NO calories!
