I was using crystal light a lot to get my water intake up. I looked at the back of one of the iced tea packets and found out that they have 40 calories

I have since decided not to use them unless I am just really having a hard time getting all of my water intake. So far this week I have just drank water, no diet sodas or anything. I think just like with anything else, once it becomes a habit, then it is not so bad.
