Thumbs up Got my DVD
I got my biggest loser DVD in the mail yesterday and I can't wait to try it out.

For those that have it, how are you finding it so far?

Goal: 125-130 lbs (18 pounds to go until my 1st goal)
Weight Loss so far: 113 pounds!!!!!!

I'm so glad you got it Missy!!!

I did it for 6 weeks and really liked it. I'm trying something different right now but I'm sure I'll go back to it again.

My favorite workouts were the High Intensity Cardio and the Strength & Sculpt. Watch out for the lunges on the Low Intensity!!

I hope you enjoy it and get some good results.
