£85 for a sandwich !!!!

Hi guys,
I heard this on the news last night and was shocked. In selfridges (department store in London, very famous ) you can buy a beef sandwich now for £85 which is about $150. We are told it has the best beef with truffles and foie gras but heck I dont think I could swallow it, could you?
Give me a subway anyday. Talkung of subway I have been wanting to try their light mayo tuna, does any one know what kind of cals that is?

London is stupidly expensive anyway so its probably about right for a sandwich down there. Wasn't there a bowl of soup that was £300 + recently in the news??

I'd be tempted by the sandwich but it has tomato on it, eurghh

I love tomatoes. 85 pounds is the equivelant of $850 here since pounds are $10 to 1 here. I like tomatoes yum. lol i hate salad though. i know how bad that sounds. i need help

I didn't know they had a light tuna. I love my turkey, but tuna would be a nice change of pace.
