I've seen the Ford commercial a lot too. He looks and sounds great, but it's a little sad to see him snapped up into being a commercial so fast. But atleast it's for Ford.

I happened to catch this article and thought you might find it interesing. (My eyes about bugged out of my head when I read the age of Kat's boyfriend). This story (about eating disorders) may have explained some of her poor behavior on AI. I am glad she has gotten to where she is healthy; now maybe she can clean up her attitude in general.

I heard on the radio that people are grumbling about how every single Idol winner has been from the south. Why? Because Cingular is based in the south and most of the customers there text in votes. Others say that it is bogus and that people from the south are more devoted fans. Interesting story if it were proved.

Taylor does look good in the Ford ad. I think he is going to have a huge career even before his cd hits the shelves. He is People's top Bachelor; beating out guys like Nick Lachey, and Jamie Foxx. Soul Patrol!!

Yeah, Carrie -- I had the same reaction as you when I saw her boyfriends age. He 's closer in age to her parent's than to her! I'm glad she's gotten better. I have a sister-in-law with anorexia/bulimia. She is doing ok now too, but she really ruined her looks with this. She was really gorgeous--- till all her teeth rotted out, and he face looked like a skeleton. It was so bad for awhile-- and I know he looks are not what's important here, but now that she's doing better, she does of course look better, but still is no where near to what she would have been, if she hadn't gotten so sick. It's a scary disease -- a scary one to have to watch.
BTW -- I am so SICK of Taylors ford commercial. Enough already!

For all of you Idol nuts (myself included); today albums from Fantasia Barrino, Taylor Hicks, and Mario Vasquez were released.

Kellie Pickler & Chris Daughtry have also released albums recently. There are others and I cant remember them at the moment.

Ace Young has a Top 20 hit "Scattered."

I can't wait either... my husband of course can... I usually get him sucked in about halfway through the show and get to hear comments like "why do I ket you convince me to watch this crap" LOL I say "to spend time with me honey"

Okay of course it has started back up and they are showing all the non talented people with issues first. That pisses me off. I am planning on watching "The Closer" at 9pm. I watched the first season on DVD and am playing catch up with the 2nd season now because they are rerunning them. I love Brenda Lee. So back to American Idol..anyways the show has been on for 40 minutes and they have shown one talented person. I will watch it if nothing else is on otherwise I am waiting until Hollywood. I say that now but will probably be back tomorrow night complaining again. Well I get off work at 9pm tomorrow so that will save me a little bit of misery.

I watch American Idol on and off until they get to the "real" part of the show... I don't enjoy watching all the poor people that think they can sing. When it started tonight my hubby went in the other room to watch tv. When he left the room he said "see you in 3 months" LOL
