I agree, Patrick - I also love fish! I eat so much more of it now than I ever used to and I love the fact that it's naturally low fat and good for you - I agree that you have to be careful with the sauce though, that can really add the fat and calories.
For those of you in the UK, have you tried Birds Eye SteamFresh fish meals? I adore the haddock in 4 cheese sauce with a huge plate of green veggies for just 3.5 WW points, it's a great and filling dinner
