Talking Got Water Contest!

I had an idea....I am having a hard time getting my allotted H20 in for the day, and I think some others here are as well. I am also naturally competitive. Maybe we could have a Water Drinking Contest. Then I remembered Lady Jami saying she guzzles 2 gallons a day. (Hats off to you!) I'd never leave the bathroom. My kidneys would go on strike! Hey it sounded like a good idea at the time! What do you think?

I started drinking diet dr pepper and it is caffeine free. But, my water needs to be upped again. Oh man, no it isnt....it's A & W that is caffeine free....Well I am out a few bucks since I just bought 3 six packs on sale. Ok so tomorrow I begin going caffeine free again...Bring on the headaches and withdrawal...

Yeah....but honestly, I love water. I know a lot of people cannot deal with drinking water the same way I do. However, I have also cut back my water intake. I've decided to drink a gallon and a half of water daily, and a half gallon of ice tea since it's almost summer time again, and I LOVE sun tea. Only this year...it'll be sugar free.
If I am in the mood for a soda, I do enjoy diet Dr. Pepper. It's pretty yummy for being a diet soda. I also enjoy diet Pepsi. I do not however like Diet Coke. YUCKY!

Anyways...I think y'all should have a contest. I, of course, will sit this one out.

Sorry to burst your bubble...but anything diet is bad for you. Instead of having caffeine they replace it with aspartame....

There are 92 side effects caused by aspartame...

It's better not to drink any pop of any kind.

I am with you on this contest...When I started my weight loss journey I was drinking 100 oz of water - this past week has been bad for me - I drink Fit & Active Lemonade & Ice Tea (they have no calories).

I need to step up my water again, too. When do we start?

I purchased the Fit & Active yougert, as well as the Fit & Active bottled lemonade. I believe the other flavor was Cranberry. If you have not tired it yet...try the Fit & Active Light Honey Mustard salad dressing. Oh my goodness was that yumm-o.

I need to be a part of this contest for water too. I either do really well with water or really bad with water. There is no in between. Sign me up.

I agree - Fit & Active Honey Dijon Dressing is delicious! I get the Fit & Active lemonade & iced tea (powder)...I make it and it last me a long time b/c nobody in the house will drink it. lol I haven't tried the yogurt b/c I noticed the calories were high...is it worth the calories? I have gotten the Fit & Active Peanuts and Popcorn, too...they are good. Husband doesn't like the peanuts but says the popcorn tastes okay. He likes buttery popcorn. The kids like the peanuts and popcorn. I used to be selfish and not let them eat my healthy foods - then I realized that if it was healthy for me then it was healthy them! I encourage them to eat 'my' healthy foods now! I love seeing them dip into the fruit.

I want in on the water drinking competition even though i drink a lot of water i realise that after actually counting i realised only drank about 4-6 cups not counting juices or other drinks. water is water for me. So this will be a great way of tracking my consumption
