I do very well with drinking water - it has to be in a bottle though. I used to drink 100 ounces a day - then started slacking off b/c I didn't have the bottles. I have gone back to the store and drinking 16 ounce bottles - so far today I have had 80 ounces of water. I really love water now.

Same here Patrick! I eat my cereal each morning and have my water with me through the entire day. I never thought I'd say this but water is my favorite drink...I feel sluggish if I don't have it now.

I have been doing AWFUL with my water since I started my new job...I don't get to fill up the bottle as much as I'd like to.

I'm improving on my water drinking - one good thing about going to the gym is that I always drink loads of water while I'm there!! Mostly I drink my water in the form of herbal teas though.
