All week this week I am having the same lunch. Boring... yes I know - but it keeps me on track.
I am having 2 oz sauted chicken breast cut up into bite size pieces, steamed brocoli and diced tomatoes and 3/4 a serving of couscous. and water water and more water to drink.
I had Black Beans and Rice with a salad and 2tbs of italian dressing. Since I needed either a dairy or a protein, I opted to have 2 slices of roast beef lunch meat.
It was pretty yummy

For lunch today I had a nice salad with fresh romaine lettuce, low fat cheese, chicken breast, croutons and low fat italian dressing.
