I am having my favorite lunch today!

Turkey Burger(i add Mrs Dash and pepper) W FF cheese slice / NO BREAD
Fat Free Cottage Cheese

It is soooo good

All week this week I am having the same lunch. Boring... yes I know - but it keeps me on track.
I am having 2 oz sauted chicken breast cut up into bite size pieces, steamed brocoli and diced tomatoes and 3/4 a serving of couscous. and water water and more water to drink.

I'm having a chicken soft taco. 94% fat free tortilla with grilled chicken, lettuce, a little bit of shredded cheese and salsa. Pretty yummy!

I am being a bad girl and drinking a Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper instead of Water.

diet cherry vanilla dr pepper never heard of it it sounds tasty though.

I had Black Beans and Rice with a salad and 2tbs of italian dressing. Since I needed either a dairy or a protein, I opted to have 2 slices of roast beef lunch meat.
It was pretty yummy

I'm having the same lunch as I had yesterday today.

4 x Dark Rye Ryvita Crispbreads
Philadelphia Light soft cheese
Tescos Healthy Living Wafer-thin ham
1 x Sveltesse 0% fat-free yoghurt

Snacks will be fruit, lots of water and herbal teas today.

For lunch today I had a nice salad with fresh romaine lettuce, low fat cheese, chicken breast, croutons and low fat italian dressing.
