Ok...so I talked to my trainer today about all of my concerns and I feel a lot better now. He told me the dosage of ephedrine he is recommending is no more harmful to me than drinking a cup of coffee. I am only doing 24mg a day compared to people who were doing 100mg or more a day and died from it. I also found out the child's aspirin is used to help thin the blood.

Basically he told me that by taking this my body would be doing light cardio ALL the time.

I might try it out and see what happens. If I don't feel good from it, I will probably stop.

I agree with you on why people had problems. Many people took Metablife wrong and had racing heart and such. If taken as directed it works great. I wish it was still available here. It is one of those things that people think more is better and it certainly isn't. I still feel the natural way is better just eat right and excercise is the way to go.
