Does anyone know of any inspirational weight loss drama, movies etc available to watch while i eat popcorn?

Hello and welcome to the boards!

My main inspiration is The Biggest Loser show (of course!!) but I also love watching other diet / lifestyle makeover shows. You're in the UK so do you like things like You are what you eat etc.?

I can't think of any dramas or movies but hopefully others will be able to offer some better suggestions.

Anyway look forward to reading more of your posts on here!

Just Friends was a pretty good movie...funny, but sad at the same time.
