Goals

Wanted to know what your short-term and long-term goals are?

Short-Term:
-to lose 1-3 pounds a week
-to go to the gym 5 times a week for at least an hour
-to be able to walk up the 3 storey flight of my apartment building without being out of breath
-to fit into all my pants I wore pre-paxil meds

Long-Term:-to be down to 135-140 pounds
-to be able to wear and FEEL sexy in a bathing suit (hopefully a bikini!!)
-to make exercise and diet an important thing in my life
-to be overall healthy and in good shape
-to have the self-esteem I deserve

CW: 148 lbs--Oct 11/08
Goal: 125-130 lbs (18 pounds to go until my 1st goal)
Weight Loss so far: 113 pounds!!!!!!

Elizabeth's goals

Short term:
To lose atleast 2 lbs. a week
Work out atleast 5 days a week for atleast 1 hr
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Stay under my Weight Watcher points each day
Win the Biggest Loser Contest at my school on March 10th!
Fit into a size 12

Long Term goal:
Get down to atleast 150
Have the size 12's fitting baggy
Feel strong enough and healthy enough to start running
Run in a competition next year.
Make a lifetime commitment to myself to keep dieting and exercising even once I reach my goal weight.

My short term goal is to loose 28 lbs. That will take me from being "severely obese" to just simply "obese".

Short Term:
Beat my fiance in our 6 week challenge
Exercise 6 of 7 days each week
Drink 8 glasses of water each day

Long Term:
Fit into all my cute clothes and be able to burn my fat clothes
Weight 120 lbs by next New Year
Be self-motivated to take care of my health

Patty_Ann's goals

My short term goals:
Lose 2 lbs per week.
Keep calorie intake low.
Exercise each day.
Smile each day! Be happy with the progress I have made.

My long term goals:
Be fit and looking good by age 30...July 1, 2007.
I want to be able to participate in a charity marathon next year.
I want to wear a size 10 again...if lower then that would be good too.
I want to feel comfortable in my own skin!

You're Welcome Jules! I always try to make someone smile...glad I could do that for ya. If we aren't smiling and giving ourselves credit for our hard work and dedication then we are never going to be happy...whether we are skinny or heavy.

Oh, I have a new goal!!!! I want to be able to go into V.S. and buy a bra off the shelf! None of this "Just my size" crap!

Talking My Ideals

Short Term Goals:

Get promoted at work to a Supervisor
Continue to eat well
Challenge myself physically
Get to 139 lbs


Long Term Goals:

Become healthier and stronger than I ever have been before
Look HOT in a bikini
Get back my self confidence
Get between 120-114
Have surgery (?) if necessary
