Some great ideas here!
I also swear by the distraction technique - drink some water, go get some exercise, clean the house, read a book, get away from the kitchen any way you can!!!
My WW leader swears by the 'go clean your teeth and put your pyjamas on' method - once you're ready for bed, you don't think about food so much!!!! (of course, this isn't very helpful when you're in the office in the middle of the day!!!)
