Hi Mia! I noticed in your post that your mom walks with you every morning. How far do you walk - or do you go by time? Also...what exercise equipment did you bring into your living room? I will be taking my computer out of the living room and replacing it with an Elliptical. I sit at the computer a lot through the day and I think that by moving it into my bedroom I won't be on it so much! Also..I have noticed that when the families got back to their homes the living rooms didn't have furniture in it - it was exercise equipment. That would keep me from just sitting on the couch when I became bored.

CONGRATS on the weight loss - amazing results! Do you have any suggestions for me on how to get started on exercising to get quick results? Amount of time to work out - what exercises to do? Anything?

What is also great about replacing living room items with workout equipment is that you get a great workout from having to rearrange everything!

So true! I get that workout each week - move furniture to vacuum or rearrange the rooms.
