Fit-Test
I have a fit-test appointment at my gym tomorrow.
They are re-taking my measurements, checking to see if my metabolism has gone up and checking my hydration levels. They weight me too.
They also make you go through a series of exercises to see how you've improved...like pushups, situps etc...to see how much stronger you are and how many more you can do since the last visit.
I will re-post tomorrow to tell ya's how I did.

Missy, that sounds like a great asset to help with your weightloss. Seeing your post, maybe I will try to create my oen fit test that I can do for myself... weighing, pushup, situps, etc... to evaluate my progress.

So, I had my fit-test this morning and I actually did better than I thought I would. I've lost a total of 15 pounds in 2 months (when I started) and a total of 23 inches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've lost about 2" off each of my arms and 4" around my waist, about 3" on my upper chest and I've lost some off my neck, my forearms, my hips, thighs and calves!!
They have a machine there and I have gained 4 pounds of muscle m**** my metabolism has gone up as well as my hydration levels.
I lost a total of 3% of my body fat.
He was very pleased with how well I've done in only 2 months!
This just gives me motivation to work even harder now!

Congrats there Missy! At first I was wondering what in the world a "fit test" was. Because I was sitting here thinking that if I were to take a "fit test" I would fail miserably!!!

i do that every 3 months in my gym to check my fitness and improvements ive made as well.
