Whenever I used to feel down or wasn't in a good mood, I'd sit on my butt and eat my comfort foods...but since I have become serious about losing weight, whenever I feel the urge to go back to my old ways I ask myself if I would be content to be fat forever and keep putting on more weight. The answer is "NO"
Sooo, I pick up my **** push my feelings on wanting to stay home out of my mind and drive to the gym! Once I am there I have so much fun and I am so glad I went!
I love the feeling after you've done a workout that you just finished doing something amazing for your body.
