Uploading my pic - The Biggest Loser Fansite Forums

Hi All

Not sure if anyone can help me out with trying to upload a picture for my profile- I got to the last step and said submit (or save- whichever it was!) and it said it failed- no explanation given!

it was in GIF format so not sure what else has gone wrong! any tips?

I also tried, and it said it failed, so I would love to know too!

Most likely because it was a .gif
Try it with a .jpg pic.

Check on the size and filetype. I know .jpeg is acceptable, but also when you upload it gives these limits: "Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 64.0 KB". So, if you can shrink it down until it fits those requirements and save it as a .jpeg file.
