
OUCH! sorry about the toe, never had one broken so cant help here.. they say if you wrap it with the next toe thats all the Dr will do any way, it will heal. Perhaps if you cant use the leg to walk, you can sit and do upper body strength training? How about an exercise bike, or does it hurt to do that?
Once again, very sorry for your pain, and hopefully it wont take long to heal and you can get back to your routine.
