How can I watch Biggest Loser??? Help Please

Hello,
Greetings from Japan! I live and work in Japan, although I am from The States and Australia.

I just heard about the show Biggest Loser. It sounds so great, but I have no way to watch it.

I am seeking advice or help on how I can watch the 1st 3 seasons. Does any one have any advice? Any place on the internet to watch it? Any place to download it?

Or... is anyone able to send me tapes or dvds? Of course I can pay for expenses.
