
I hit 1200 before I even hit the dessert table!!!! Arrggghhhhh!!!
Well, this is how I 'plan' on eating today.
slice of turkey breast, no gravy
1/2 cup or so of stuffing - if theres a choice I take this over plain taters.
cranberry sauce.. slice or spoonful, depending on how its served
1 roll
1/3 - 1/2 cup of my sweet potato/ marshmallow side dish (tons of sugar this will kill me LOL)
then dessert I made fat free/sugar free pistachio fruit salad with fat free cool whip in it..... real easy and not fattening, Ill post a recipe if you arent sure what Im talking about.... Yummy
Ok, so I may go over calories today but this is the only meal I 'plan' on eating. I will just have to buckle down tomorrow and wait for Christmas dinner. yikes!
Happy Thanksgiving to all of you, dont guilt yourself if you endulge with love ones.... just start again tomorrow, walk a little longer and faster.
