I workout 5 days a week.
Mon - shoulders, triceps & ab weights....40 min cardio
Tues - Back, Calves & Trap weights....40 min cardio
Wed - 1 hour cardio
Thurs - Chest, Biceps, Ab weights....40 min cardio
Fri - Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes weights....40 min cardio
