Thanks for the information Damzel. I have decided to rent the movies and check them out. I am also looking into buying a strech band, 5lb weights, and a ball.

Elizabeth - I am so happy that you have decided to do some changes with your program. I was afraid that you weren't getting enough calories for the day and working yourself to death. Take it easy - keep it up.

Amazonprincess...I feel the same way when I get on an ATV. It is great being able to do things that we love and not feeling the pressure of our weight. I just can't wait until this summer...beach here I come!

( early, I know-- I don't know why!) but it was sugarfree. And, I truly believe that if you are so strict, you can't eat a little piece of chocolate, on Valentine's day, that maybe you are being too strict. And, I did only eat a little. I have gotten most of my housework done. I usually tend to put it off, then am scrambling to get it done, before I have to start running my kids around.
I still have challenges ahead. The day is only half over. But it sure is nice to feel proud, instead of disappointed, and ashamed.

It does feel good to get everything done before the kids get home, isn't it? I love it when I get ALL my stuff done before mine walk in the door - that way I can concentrate on their homework and dinner. Good for you on eating such a healthy salad...sounds delicious. Keep up the good work!

I can't wait to see if I have lost anymore weight this past week. I don't weigh in until Thursday...it is definitely a good thing that I don't own a scale.
