The Rockford Register Star Newspapers in Education (NIE) program provides newspapers for free or at a reduced cost to thousands of students per day.

We find out Sunday morning if he wins or not. I guess there are 4 places. 1st prize is $750 of dog food, grooming, dog toys, kenneling and I don't know what else. There are only 18 dogs left in the contest.

Buddy came in 16th out of 160 pets... he had a total of 280 votes... the people whos dog won had 1400+ votes in one week! (Can we say ballot stuffing). Buddy got his 280 fair and square so we are happy about that. Any who knows... the dog food he would have won is probably on the recall list anyway... (just kidding)
