ARI you are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to quote something in read in a book "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle". "Most people get scared when setting goals and ask only for what they think they can get, not what they really WANT. This is a mistake because puny, "realistic" goals are NOT motivating. WANTS ARE MOTIVATING

Aww..thank you, now you're making me blush.

I'm just very determined to lose, and get down to a weight where I don't look like a beached whale. LOL I love my workouts, and really hate it if I miss one (like I did due to snow in February, car stuck in the driveway...I was miserable!), or I can't get to one of my favorite pieces of equipment. I vary my workouts, so that my body doesn't get used to one set of things, and go into 'hold' mode. Mondays I use one set of things, Wednesday, I use a different set, and Fridays/Saturdays, I combine them.

I also work out at home on my 'off' days, doing stair stepping on...what else..the stairs! I also use big cans of juice as weights in place of dumbells..since I don't have any.

And I dance a lot. (And believe me, a 49 year old woman dancing around like a teenager is a sight to see! LOL)

I hope you catch me up, and we BOTH meet the challenge. I eagerly await the day I hit below 200...the entire state will hear me screaming then! And this place will be the first to hear about it!

And to think, I used to get bummed if I had to exercise in school. Now, I get bummed if I *can't* work out! Go figure.

To whom it may concern and ARI. I have to concede in my March Challenge. My back is completely hosed up. The doc says very light duty. So allthough I might not be able to reach our 10 lbs goal together I will substitue another goal in its place. I will use the treadmill for 9 of the next 10 days. She says light walking is ok but no strain. I will try again next month when I have healed. I want you all to know I am completely rooting for you and I'm not going anywhere. March 31st, right here.

Unhappy Is ok, *hugs*

I'm going to be osing a lot of weight really soon. Hard to cook and eat when you don't have a home. Looks like I'm gonna lose mine, and with
no help in sight, I'm screwed.

My workouts are paying off big time! Even the hubby is seeing the difference!
