Oh my gosh...if you get a chance, watch "I Eat 33,000 Calories a Day." It's a one-hour program about some food addicts who are super-morbidly obese. There's a lot of information about why people overeat, how our upbringing affects our eating as adults, etc.

I actually watched part of that tonight and I seriously wanted to puke.

It was a very gross thing to watch these people eat so much. But I felt it was really worthwhile to watch because of what the various doctors said about these out-of-control people.

I did watch it tonight... It was sad to see them eat so much. I go through my binge days.... but not everyday and definately not that many calories... I guess I am a controlled binger... is there such a thing?
