Exercise Music

I need to find some good music to exercise to, any suggestions? Right now my music is too slow and I'm not keeping up a fast pace. Any favorite exercise music? I did also try one CD called power classics, but I'm just not up to doing jumping jacks at the speed of flight of the bumblebee.

Oldies

My personal favorite to workout to is the oldies...most songs are upbeat and it is great music to listen to.

Talking Huge Music Nut

Hi Jules,

If you are still looking for music suggestions, message me and I can give you a list. If I were to put everything down, I would take up tons of space!

Here's what I use...

Check this out - www.championo2cool.com - they've got playlists set up by professional trainers, and you can search on lists submitted by members for different excercise types. Would ya'll mind downloading your playlists there since you have lots of good ideas! Thanks.
This site really helps because of the continuity of beat from song to song...keeps you at a steady pace...
