Christmas Challenge!!!

I saw the Labour Day Challenge, and since I missed it I thought I would make another one. Having a goal for a certain date is always a good motivator!

Christmas is 15 weeks away today!

Current weight Sept. 9/06: 202.2 lbs
Goal weight for Dec. 25/06: 190 lbs.

I'm going to keep track of my weekly weigh ins up to the goal day here:

Sept. 16/06: 202.6 lbs. (going the wrong way...)
Sept. 23/06: 205.6
Sept. 30/06: Didn't weigh in.
Oct. 07/06:

Since I have to weigh in each week at least through Nov 20th I will join this challenge. I think the final weigh in is Nov 27 or Nov 28 after that, I won't weigh in again until Dec 25th. Besides I love these date based challenges.

Sept 18: No change in weight which at this point is truly amazing. Oh well!!!

I'm game. I will also join this challenge. If I become accountable to others then it really helps to motivate me. I will post my progress every Thursday. Today is the beginning of a new me, ok not a new me a new me body

Thursday Sept 21st......184 lbs Exercise Today: beginner tae bo, 45 min walk which included steps, 1/2 hour bike ride
