The plan is awesome!!!! Their website is
www.makeoveramerica.com, they offer a free "Blueprint" of your body on this site, from there they actually have 5 different body types and the plan is taylored around how you answered those questions. For me, my meals are made up of proteins, fruits, vegetables, and carbs. It's the combination of those that items that is suppose to speed up your metabolism.
Some big things that they stress is no salt, sugar, dairy, bread in the beginning. (That's been my weak spot) I have lost 20 lbs on the plan though and have kept all of it off. Working on going back on faithfully to lose more,
