Hi everyone!!!
I weighed in this morning and I have lost 4lbs which is huge!!!!
I am now down to 129lbs!!!
Only 4lbs left to my goal.
Total loss=26lbs!!!!
I am so thrilled and to think yesterday I was so tired I almost slipped!!!
Thank you so much for keeping me company on this leg of my journey.
Hoping you all have a great weekend.
I am doing the Bob Harper circuit from the book again today, last time I did it I couldnt walk for 3 days, but I am 'psyched' as you guys would say so I am giving it my all.

Thanks for the support, I feel really great. You are both getting close to your goals too. What do you plan to do then? I was thinking of setting myself a different sort of goal, rather than weight loss, maybe fat %??? What do you think?
I need goals to keep me motivated or else I am afraid I will get complacent.
Well, I am now so looking forward to my next weigh-in next week, I am going to be super good so I wont be disappointed.
