Thanks for the support, I feel really great. You are both getting close to your goals too. What do you plan to do then? I was thinking of setting myself a different sort of goal, rather than weight loss, maybe fat %??? What do you think?
I need goals to keep me motivated or else I am afraid I will get complacent.
Well, I am now so looking forward to my next weigh-in next week, I am going to be super good so I wont be disappointed.
