I do a lot of work with resistance bands for my arms and chest... does this count as weight training or muscle builder....and if so I need some things for legs...I am not sure if my elliptical workout is resistance and cardio together?? I also am afraid of getting my MAN calves back that i used to have. I build muscle in my calves really easily and they look manly not womanly..just HUGE....lol
