Weight Loss

My nutrionist at the gym told me that to really jumpstart your weightloss that this is a 2 week program to really jumpstart your progress.

NO booze: a standard mix drink contains 100 to 250 calories! Pjuse, booze erodes self-control, making you want to pig out more.

No bread, carrots, potatoes, rice, pasta or corn

No dairy: replace your mik product with calcium supplements, or almonds, or broccoi, or sardines.

No sweets: Artificial flavoring or not. This includes all red meat. Instead, eact chicken breast (skinless), egg whites, turkey, salmos, tuna, or also nuts (keep the nuts down to 12 or less a day).

Her premise is that all of these foods contain sugars and eliminating that for only 2 weeks will bring about great results.

I am going to do this 2 weeks before the end of my weight loss competition at school. If anybody else does this sooner, please let me know how it works out for you!

I think I may try this 2 week plan but only when I hit a plateau or I get to the point where I need to lose the last few. Some of the things would be easy to cut out (carrots, booze) but others harder (bread, rice). If I do do it I will let you know what happens.

I wouldn't have a problem cutting the booze as I do not drink unless it is a special occassion. I would have a hard time cutting some of the foods. I wouldn't be able to go with this plan b/c I would get burned out too soon. I wish whoever tries this the best of luck!

The only think that will be hard for me to cut out is the dairy and the sweetners.

I think I'm going to print this out and hang it on the fridge in hopes of catching on to it.
