Has anybody tried Relacore? It is suppose to help with belly fat. I started it yesturday, along with the excercise and diet.

No, I haven't tried it. I don't take any kind of diet pill or supllement, they seem to mess my stomach up.

What exactly is this suppose to do for you?

It is suppose to help revent stress-related abdominal fat. That is where I hold most of my fat. It seems to help with stress a bit, my husband said I seemed to be in a good moos lately. LOL He doesn't know I am taking them I wanted to see if he could see a change without influencing him.

I have never heard of it either...diet pills have never worked for me. I have even taken prescribed Xenical diet pills and they didn't do much..just cost a lot of $$$

I have never heard of this...let us know if you see any results. Do you think that maybe you have been in a good mood b/c you are exercising and eating healthier?

Yes, I think the exercise helped with my mood. I don't really think the relacore did anything for my mood to early to tell if it is going to help with the belly fat.

diet pills never work beleive you me everyone would be on them if that is the case.

I find their commercials to be so irritating that I wouldn't even want to try it.
They're loud and obnoxious.

I just read an article about this stuff in a mag. if you are using it please let us know what it does for you?? and Is it a Herbal supplement?? I thought it was?? If I am thinking the same thing?
