Just think of yourself like Hansel and Gretal (sp?) as they go through the forest, as you keep exercising and eating right, you keep dropping those crumbs, before you know it you will find the skinny you again.

Yup, just go to whichever forum you want your thread to be in, scroll to the bottom of the page under all the current threads listed, and there will be a button that says "New Thread". Click there and post like normal -only it will make a new thread instead of a comment. Make sure to put a title on the new thread too. (Hope this is clear enough)

Cheers!

I am another one who gets a lot of inspiration from the Biggest Loser theme tune - I have that running through my head when I'm in the gym!

Buying new clothes inspires me as I can see myself looking and feeling better each time.

I find goal setting and achieving those goals is very inspirational.

My WeightWatchers leader and my aerobics instructor are both very inspriational people - they really help me to keep motivated to reach my goals.

Question What inspires me?

Wow! What inspires me at this moment is that I have lost a total of 11 lbs in just over 5 weeks...I have inspired myself to continue eating healthy. My children and husband also inspire me - they are reminders of why I am wanting to lose weight, become active, and be happy.
