Denise Austin

I really benefited from Denise Austins website. I lost almost 15 pounds while on her website. My only probelms was a lot of the foods you had to go and by specialty items to make the meals. So I did not stick to the menu past the 5 months I was on it. But she is a great motivator and her work out videos are awesome!

I have a Denise Austin aerobics video, I love her! She is always smiling and telling you how great you look and how good your doing. I know it's cheesy but I love it.

Cheezy

I know I have heard the name Denise Austin, but I am not sure how she is? I agree with Beth though, we need positive reinforcement! It doesn't matter who you are or what you look like, we all need to hear that the effort we are making truly matters!

I like to record 'Fit and Light' and 'Denise's Daily Workout'. I can't do them when they are on, because that's when I need to be up and getting myself ready, and getting everyone else going.
I think it's best to do both, since they are only a half hour each. But sometimes, when I only have time for one, or just don't feel like doing anything, I can at least make myself do that. I figure it's better than nothing!
I like these, because it's a little different every day. I have had workout tapes, that I love, but I get so sick of them.
Denise does a nice job on these daily shows. Always a beautiful background--- helpful tips, and I can't help but like her!
These are shown on 'Lifetime', every weekday morning.

You are absolutely right. Doing something is better than doing nothing. The important thing is that you have tried to be as active as you can throughout the day, some days are just better than others.

I just bought a Denise Austin DVD, "Burn Fat Fast, Cardio Dance & Sculpt." It was a pretty good workout! Since I am in a weightloss competition, I don't want to do strength training until I am done with the contest. But the warm up, cardio and cool down took about 36 minutes and it was quite a workout.

I do both weights and cardio. Building up strength in your muscles leads to faster fat burn according to my trainer.

Mon, Wed and Fri I do an hour of intense weight lifting with my trainer and then do 1/2 intense cardio.

Tues and Thurs I do a full hour of intense cardio.

I really should check into it, but I'm so sick of clicking on things that want $$$$ to join. 1/2 the time I just don't bother clicking! That's what I love about this site. It's in my budget!
