Ok guys, I am now keeping a large bottle of H20 next to the computer, not Decaf Iced Tea. I guess I was afraid to keep drinking because I already spend too much time in the bathroom that I didnt think it was possible there was anything left to hold onto. So I guess I will start chugging the second after I get my weight for the day. I may have cut out the frozen dinners, but I think my sodium levels are also a very likely culprit as well. Thanks again.

Did you ever find anything that helped cut back on the water?

I find that eating lower carb foods like lean meat and vegetables the night before a weigh-in plus plenty of fluids help to get rid of excess water.

Just keep caffiene in moderation. If you do drink too much caffiene your body can dehydrate as it is a dieuretic (makes you go to the bathroom more). Caffeinated beverages like soda and tea make it harder for your body to keep enough water in your body. Even if you drink a lot of soda, you won't replace the water your body needs as well as you can by drinking liquids without caffeine.

A little tip on what my sister does...when she wants a pop she will take a drink of pop...her next drink will be water...then pop...then water. I couldn't do this - I have stopped pop completely. I will drink it maybe once a week...if that.
